The pellet machine gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, the carrying capacity is 5
times larger than the old model, and the service life is incredibly
long. It is made by five axis gantry CNC machining center,
guaranteeing the quality and precision of the gearbox. Connected
with Chinese standard motor by coupling directly, it can increase
kinetic energy conversion rate and improve production efficiency,
meanwhile, make maintenance more conveniently. Cooperated motor
brands are all well-known in domestic.
The main shaft is made of 45# steel. To increase the hardness and service life of
the shaft, it is been processed by precision casting, quenching and
tempering heat treatment after rough machining.
The New Kick-out system is designed with the driving motor of the feeding system adopts a
hard tooth surface reducer, enjoys longer life and more stable
operation. The discharge is smoother and the forming degree is
better especially using the disc type discharging pellets.
There are two lubrication pumps equipped. The grease pump mainly lubricates two rollers in pellet
machine while the circulating lubricating oil pump lubricates the
pellet machine main shaft bearings and gearbox and the material
dial part. Gear box lubrication pump is designed with flow
detection and over-pressure protection, and a cooling fan can cool
down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring
long-term operation.
Finally, two kind ring die is provided, one made of alloy steel, one made of stainless steel
material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, with uniform hardness, no
breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by
high-speed gun drilling, the holes are arranged evenly , and the
inside of the holes is smooth. Up and down all can be used.
